Title: Starting a Vlog: The Story of Forty Pints

H1: Starting a Vlog at Kraus Marketing: Forty Pints Q&A with CEO & Host Nick Kraus

Keyword: starting a vlog

Opening

"My vlog is a mess." "I'm interested in starting a vlog, but I don't know where to begin." Does this sound like you? Well, don't give up on starting a vlog. Vlogs are a great way to communicate to your audience, add value, and create trust in your brand. If you don't know where to begin, try the Forty Pints vlog!

Insightful, relevant, and underrated, the Forty Pints Vlog and Podcast is a fresh new vlog that anyone looking to improve their business or start in digital marketing should be watching. The Forty Pints Vlog offers excellent insight into digital marketing and into starting a vlog. I sat down with Nick Kraus, the host of Forty Pints, to learn about this awesome vlog that should be on everyone's radar.

H2: So what is Forty Pints?

Well, Forty Pints is actually two separate projects of ours. Forty Pints is Kraus Marketing's very own bar located in our corporate headquarters in Morristown, NJ. I thought it would be awesome to have a place for our employees to relax after work and host fantastic networking events at our headquarters. We named our video-cast after it, where we have deep conversations about marketing and entrepreneurship while sharing a drink of the guest's choice.

H2: Who came up with the idea of starting a vlog?

Our management team came up with the idea. I had a desire to become more of a spokesperson for the company and do more speaking engagements, including a podcast. When the management team presented it, I was all in.

H2: What did you want to get out of creating your vlog?

The purpose of the Forty Pints vlog is to give people access to deep conversations about business and marketing that they may not be provided with otherwise. Not only that, but to show off the fantastic people I get to work with every day. Whether they're my incredibly talented staff or one of my awesome clients that love what they do, I get to highlight all the tremendous talents and educate businesses all at once.

H2: How did starting a vlog help Kraus Marketing?

Starting a vlog helped Kraus Marketing because it helped build brand value. The Forty Pints vlog gives people a good insight into our company culture, provides thought leadership in a casual and entertaining way, and promotes awareness of our brand by hosting guests with a large audience and influence themselves.

H2: Was there a specific podcast that you drew inspiration from?

None, in particular, I do like listening to 'How I Built This' and' The Joe Rogan Experience. Joe Rogan is the king of podcasts because he can talk with anybody for hours, and it will be an exciting show. He has a lot of talent for creating authentic content.

H2: Who is your target audience?

Our target audience is fellow marketers and business owners and people with aspirations to become such.

H2: If you had an extra $1000 to spend on Forty Pints, what would you buy and Why?

That depends. For the bar, I'd buy new cabinets to go behind the bar, something that would fit the place's aesthetic but give us some extra storage. For the show, I'd buy better sound-deadening materials to make it easier when we record our vlogs.

H2: What are the biggest challenges to creating and running Forty Pints?

Starting a vlog takes a lot of coordination. You don't need too much equipment to start a vlog, and you can always add more recording tools as you go. The most important part of starting a vlog is creating content worth watching. So you need time to coordinate having guests on and create a consistent schedule.

H2: Why is your catchphrase "Drink Like the Booze is Free"?

That's our catchphrase because it's true. The booze is free to everyone that comes into the bar. The goal of having Forty Pints in our headquarters is for guests to have fun and let their hair down while we create the vlogs. I believe in authentic content, and I think nothing's more authentic than two friends having a drink together. It all fits together.

H2: What makes for a good interview and content?

A good interview comes from someone who's willing to go deep into conversation and be vulnerable, as well as talk about content that not everyone has experience in. No one wants to tune into a podcast where two guys talk about the weather all day. I love guests that love what they do and want to tell people about it. Nothing's fake about my interviews; I'm genuinely happy to have the people there with me and to talk about anything from somebody's hopes and dreams of starting a business, to eCommerce strategies, to sports rivalries.

Closing

H2: Any final thoughts before we wrap up?

Oh yes. Starting a vlog is just like any good social media campaign; it's about showing your passion to the world. If you're reading this and thinking about starting a vlog, don't be afraid to start a vlog or a business because opportunities like these are too good to pass up.
